Hey, wow, I finished something. I’ve been drawing very on and off for a long time now.

I started this 2 weeks ago when I felt really bad about something but then after a while I felt better, so I drew her smiling :) (really can’t remember what it was, but that’s not important anyway). Finished it tonight, though… I might still make slight changes to it later.

Listened to “Dissolve me” by Alt-J, while drawing this. And tonight lot’s of anime music. :D

Made in school with acrylic paint a little less than a month ago. The last time I used acrylics was 3+ years ago >_> so sorry for my amatureness. It also took me way too many hours to complete as it doesn’t look /that/ great :T but meh, hope anyone who views this like what they see :]

In any case, I’m pretty pleased with the out come so posting it here as well as in dA.

So, um, for those of you who give a damn (I’m talking to mainly the members on here), you might have noticed that RRS’ latest project, “Krwling,” has yet to be uploaded.

I have a rant regarding why the final project is so late, but I’ll save it for a rainy day. Bottom line: I’m missing four…

I agree with both Rachel and Emily.

I’ve sometimes missed deadlines for RRS as well, but RRS is the only Studio i’m currently in. It’s fun and it’s an easy way to keep myself doing what I love. So even if I can’t think of what to edit, RRS projects always give me energy and they remind me that editing is an awesome hobby and I should do it more often again to keep me happy.

The thing is, Red Raven Studios has been there for nearly 4 years now. We do awesome projects and we’re unique. It would be stupid and sad if it had to be closed down because some of us don’t feel like doing anything for the sake of the studio.

If you truly get busy in life and you can’t finish your part, that’s fine. But don’t do it every frigging time. Don’t take part in a project just to seem like you’re active but then you end up not finishing your part. It’s a group project, everyone suffers from it. If you don’t find the studio fun anymore, leave. That’s my opinion. You shouldn’t be making everyone else suffer from your own actions just because you’re not having fun anymore.

Before this thing becomes a bigger problem, we should kick out those people who constantly “are too busy” to get their parts done. Also, Val I think the idea you mentioned at the end of that rant is a good one, maybe we should do it sometimes.

Really hope to see RRS doing more projects in the future.
